Water in the desert is a precious and essential commodity. We don’t receive much rain and when we do it’s a quick downpour flooding the dry and parched land. The ground cannot absorb all the water.

We have constant dust blowing around with the wind. When it does rain, our vehicles tend to have huge, dusty rain-drop residue.

After the storm blows through our vehicle looks mud-caked almost as if we were competing in off-road race.

Our vehicle looks better when we grab the hose and wash off all the mud and rinse off the dust.

It’s been sprinkled clean!

Somehow my life mirrors that mud-caked, dusty and dirty vehicle. My life was soaked in sin and I carried the residue around.

When I received the Good News – I was sprinkled clean!

I cried out the name of Jesus – I was changed into a fresh, sparkling-cleaned and a spick-and-span New Person.

God is not indifferent

God is not a bystander

God actively cleans house until you are that New Person

Thank God today and every day – You are a part of an unshakable kingdom!

Hebrews 12: 28-29 (MSG) Do you see what we’ve got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander. He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and he won’t quit until it’s all cleansed
